David is International HR Business Partner and Cross Border Employment (Global Mobility) expert with broad experience in European labour relations, international talent management and global employer brand development, cross-border people risk management and international reward with WTS, adidas, Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks, P&G, IBM, Wella aG and Paragon Consulting. He is an individual contributor as well as passionate in building and leading high-performing, culturally diverse and multi-locational teams.

Robin is a Professor in International Business and consultant. His expertise interests include workplace integration of migrants and refugees, global alliance management, and strategic decision-making under deep uncertainty. His research received several international awards. Robin is a member of the GLOBE 2020 project, dedicated to leading in Global Leadership. Before joining Northumbria University, he held academic positions at Newcastle University and the University of Bayreuth in Germany.

Christoph is Managing Director of the German-based LEAN Group and is an expert in LEAN principles and project management. Previously with Porsche Consulting, Christoph is now partner in his own company, consulting organizations optimizing their processes all over the world.
